§ 110.043 DEATH OF LICENSEE; TERMINATION OF PARTNERSHIP OR CORPORATION.
   The death of the licensee or the termination of the partnership or corporation shall cause the license to cease, except that the executor or administrator of the estate of the deceased licensee may be substituted as licensee upon application made in accordance with § 110.042, if the person is authorized by a court of competent jurisdiction to continue the operation of the business.
