§ 32.006 SUPERVISOR OF ASSESSMENTS.
   (A)   The County Board creates the office of Supervisor of Assessments.
   (B)   The Chairperson of the County Board is authorized to enter into a contract of employment with the Supervisor of Assessments for a term of four consecutive years until a successor is appointed and qualified pursuant to state statute. The contract of employment shall provide compensation and shall in all respects comply with the state statute governing the employment by this county of a Supervisor of Assessments.
