§ 97.05 CURRENT RULES.

This chapter shall be regulated by the Health Authority in accordance with the current Illinois Swimming Facility Act and Code as established by the IDPH, and any subsequent revisions. Copies of the Code shall be on file in the County Clerk’s office and the offices of the Health Authority.
