§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to violate the provisions of this chapter. Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine of $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each and every time a violation of this chapter occurs.
