§ 95.01 PURPOSE OF CHAPTER.
   This chapter is adopted pursuant to ILCS Ch. 55, Act 5, § 5-1117, for the purpose of:
   (A)   Promotion of public health, safety and general welfare of the inhabitants of the county; and
   (B)   Avoidance of hazard and injury to persons.
