The responsibility for the enforcement of the provisions of this subchapter shall be with the County Sheriff’s Police. The County Sheriff shall have the responsibility to enforce § 93.082(A). The enforcement of § 93.082(B) shall be with either the County Sheriff or the Administrator of the Building and Zoning Code who is hereby designated as the enforcing officer. Any employee of the departments shall have the authority for enforcement authorized by the Sheriff or the Administrator.
