The measurement procedures of 35 Ill. Adm. Code, titled “Environmental Protection”, subtitle H, titled “Noise”, Ch. 1, titled “Pollution Control Board”, Part 901, titled “Sound Emission Standards and Limitations for Property Line-Noise-Sources”, as presently promulgated or hereinafter promulgated are adopted and incorporated as if fully rewritten herein.
