(A) The following officials are required to file official bonds, in the amounts established by the County Board.
County Clerk | $20,000 |
County Treasurer | $750,000 |
County Collector | $750,000 |
County Superintendent of Schools | $12,000 |
County Sheriff | $10,000 |
(B) These bonds are to be entered upon the records of the County Board and filed in the office of the County Clerk and state, where necessary.
