§ 92.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   Applications for permits shall be made in writing at least 15 days in advance of the date of the display and action shall be taken on the application within 48 hours after the application is made. No permit is transferable.
   (B)   Permits may be granted to any group of three or more adult individuals applying therefore.
   (C)   Applications for permits are to be submitted to the County Sheriff for his or her approval or disapproval.
   (D)   Each permittee shall sign an agreement holding the county and its agents and employees harmless for any damages or liability, including, but not limited to legal fees, for injury to persons or property resulting from the display of fireworks and accompanying arrangements at the site.
