§ 31.06 CARE AND CUSTODY OF COUNTY PROPERTY.
   (A)   Whereas, under the County Executive form of government (ILCS Ch. 55, Act 5, § 2-5009(j)), the County Executive has the power to supervise the care and custody of all county property including institutions and agencies;
   (B)   Whereas, the County Executive has the power to coordinate and direct by executive order all administrative and management functions of the county government except the offices of elected county officers; and
   (C)   Now, therefore, be it ordered that the County Executive will supervise the use of county office space. Any requests for space by any county official or employee shall be filed in writing in the office of the County Executive. Requests will be approved or denied within two weeks. The County Executive has the right to reassign space as needed.
