§ 97.09 INJUNCTIONS.

In addition to other remedies provided for in this chapter the Health Authority may bring an action for injunction to restrain such violations, or to enjoin the operation of any such establishment. All moneys collected from fines under this chapter shall be deposited to the Will County Health Department. N
