These regulations shall be known as the Fuel Gas Code of Will County, Illinois, hereinafter referred to as "this code."

Requests for fee refund shall be submitted in writing to the Board of Appeals and to the Land Use Director for consideration by the Will County Board.
IFGC Section 108.4 Violation Penalties
The following shall be inserted:
(A) "specify offense" = Petty Offense
(B) "amount" = $500.00 per violation
(C) "number of days" = Maximum allowed by State Law
IFGC Section 108.5 Stop Work Order
The following shall be inserted:
(A) not less than $100.00 dollars per violation
(B) or more than $500.00 dollars per violation
(C) Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
