(A) The following shall be adopted by reference with additional amendments described throughout the remainder of this ordinance:
(1) International Building Code 2018.
(2) International Existing Building Code 2018.
(3) International Residential Code 2018.
(4) International Fire Code 2018.
(5) International Mechanical Code 2018.
(6) International Property and Maintenance Code 2018.
(7) International Fuel Gas Code 2018.
(8) International Swimming Pool and Spa Code 2018.
(9) 2017 National Electric Code.
(10) International Green Construction Code 2018 on a voluntary basis only upon applicant's request.
(B) State of Illinois adopted codes.
(1) Illinois Accessibility Code (state code in effect since Oct 23, 2018).
(2) NFPA 101 Life Safety Code 2015 edition (state code adopted by the State Fire Marshal in effect since January 1, 2020).
(3) 2014 Illinois Plumbing Code (state code in effect since 2014).
(4) Illinois Energy Conservation Code 2018, (state code in effect since July 1, 2019).
