Upon completion of the work permitted under this chapter, all disturbed areas of the right-of-way shall be restored to the original condition or better. Said restoration shall include any special landscaping or enhanced areas that existed in the right-of-way prior to the commencement of the permitted work. For larger projects, restoration work shall be completed as areas are backfilled and rough graded.
