§ 70.10 FEE.
   (A)   A flat fee of $10 shall be collected by the County Department of Highways for each oversize/ overweight movement permit issued.
   (B)   The proceeds of the fee established in division (A) above shall be used to cover the administrative cost of preparing and issuing the permit.
