(A) Any applicant wishing to operate or move a vehicle or combination of vehicles of a size or weight of vehicle or load exceeding the maximum specified statutory weight or size along or across any county highway may do so only after obtaining written consent from the County Board.
(B) In order to facilitate this procedure, the County Board has prepared a special vehicle movement permit form which must be used when applying for consent.
