(A) In lieu of suspension or revocation of a licensee, or in the case of a violation by an unlicensed premises/facility, the County Executive shall punish violations of this chapter by fines as follows:
Violation | Fine |
First violation within 12-month period | $250 |
Second violation within 12-month period | $500 |
Third violation within 12-month period | $1,000 |
(B) Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
(C) Any deputy sheriff of this county may issue a violation notice for the following violations.
