§ 122.08 DAMAGE TO WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITY.

If the structure or attached wireless telecommunications facility is damaged, the wireless telecommunications facility operator shall make the equipment safe or clear the equipment from the right-of-way within one hour of notification to the wireless services provider designee.
