§ 114.090 CURRENT RULES.

(A) Rules and regulations for food service establishments. This chapter shall be regulated by the Health Authority in accordance with theIllinois Department of Public Health, Food Code, 77 Ill. Adm. Code 750, and any subsequent revisions, and applicable laws and regulations. Copies of said Code shall be on file in the County Clerk's Office and the offices of the Health Authority.
