(A) The Committee shall conduct a hearing on the complaint not less than 45 nor more than 90 days after service of the complaint upon the Community.
(B) Notice of the hearing shall be given to the community. The hearing may be continued from time to time.
(C) The Committee may adopt rules for the taking of evidence and conduct of the hearings.
