The county hereby adopts by reference the provisions of ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 11-208.7 which authorizes the county to create ordinance procedures for the impound and release of vehicles for stated violations in ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 11-208.7 as it exists on the effective date of this chapter and as may be amended after the effective date by the Illinois Legislature.
