(A) Public nuisance. Gambling as defined herein is declared a public nuisance.
(B) Defined. A person commits gambling when he or she plays a game of chance or skill for money or other things of value on a public sidewalk, street, road, highways or public lands within unincorporated Will County;
(C) Any money or other thing of value integrally related to acts of gambling shall be seized and forfeited as contraband to the county.
