§ 53.11 LICENSING OF WELL DRILLERS AND PUMP INSTALLERS AND REGISTRATION OF CLOSED LOOP WELL CONTRACTORS.

All individuals who construct water wells and install well pumps shall be licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health in accordance with the Water Well and Pump Installation Contractors License Act (ILCS Ch. 225, Act 345). Each person who constructs closed loop wells shall be in compliance with the Illinois Water Well Construction Code and Act (ILCS Ch. 415, Act 30).
