(A) All drawings and plans for the construction, installation, enlargement or alteration of water mains, fire hydrants and valves for public or private fire services shall be submitted to the Bureau of Fire Prevention of the fire department having jurisdiction for examination and approval as to location and construction.
(B) All plans and drawings shall be drawn to scale to show distances and diameters and shall be explicit and complete.
(C) All water mains, fire hydrants and valves for public or private fire services shall be constructed in conformity with the approved plans.
