§ 50.41 RETENTION OF RECORDS.
   (A)   Generally. Copies of all records required to be kept under this subchapter shall be retained by the site operator for three years and must be made available at the site during the normal business hours of the operator for inspection and photocopying by the county.
   (B)   Certification.
      (1)   All records, summaries or reports submitted to the county as required by this subchapter must be signed by a person responsible for preparing and reviewing those documents as part of his or her duties in the regular course of business.
      (2)   Any person signing a document submitted under this chapter shall make the following certification:
         I certify that this document and all attachments were prepared under my direction or supervision. Based on my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the fill operation, or those persons directly responsible for gathering the information, the information submitted is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties under § 44 of the Environmental Protection Act for submitting false information, including the possibility of fine and imprisonment for knowing violations.
