§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Every person, firm, corporation, association or organization who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to fines or penalties in an amount not exceeding $1,000 for each violation plus $100 for each day that the violation continues. A violation continues to exist each day following due notice having been served.
   (B)   The imposition of penalties prescribed above shall not preclude the State's Attorney of Will County from instituting appropriate action for injunction to restrain or enjoin such violation or to enjoin the operation of any such establishment as required to prevent or abate a violation.
