§ 51.12 EMERGENCIES.
   (A)   Whenever the Health Authority finds that an emergency exists which requires immediate action to protect the public health, it may, without any administrative procedure and without notice, hearing or bond, bring action for a temporary restraining order or temporary injunction to request and require that the action be taken as the court may deem necessary to meet the emergency.
   (B)   Notwithstanding any other provision in this chapter the order shall be effective immediately. The action shall be brought by the State’s Attorney of the county. When the emergency conditions are abated, in the opinion of the Health Authority, the Health Authority may request that the temporary injunction be canceled.
