(A) The County Solid Waste Management Plan attached to Resolution 91-20 is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
(B) The second five-year Plan Update and amendments to the County Solid Waste Management Plan in the form of the Solid Waste Management Plan Update of September 2001, are adopted.
