(A) If the County Recorder installs a computerized optical imaging storage and retrieval system in his or her office, every instrument in a physical format larger than 11 inches by 17 inches which is thereafter filed with the Recorder’s office must have submitted along with it a clear and readable reduction of the size 11 inches by 17 inches. This includes but is not limited to large format versions of the following document types:
(1) Annexations;
(2) Condominium surveys;
(3) Correction to plats;
(4) Declaration amendments;
(5) Declarations, codes, covenants and restrictions;
(6) Disclaimer of easements;
(7) Easements;
(8) Plans;
(9) Plots;
(10) Plats of dedication;
(11) Plats of highway;
(12) Plats of subdivision;
(13) Plats of survey;
(14) Plats of vacation;
(15) Proposed annexations; and
(16) Variances.
(B) Anyone who files an instrument at the Recorder’s office after the optical imaging storage and retrieval system is in operation, which is in a physical format larger than 11 inches by 17 inches, must submit in addition to all other required large format copies a clear and readable reduction to the size 11 inches by 17 inches.
