It is the intent of the county pursuant to P.A. 83-1013, being ILCS Ch. 5, Act 140, known as the “Freedom of Information Act”, to make available to all persons full and complete information regarding the affairs of their government and the official acts and policies of those who represent them as public officials and public employees as permitted by this Act.
