(A) There is created the Workforce Services Advisory Board to develop, review and recommend Workforce Service Department policies, contracts and agreements to the County Board for final approval.
(B) The Workforce Services Advisory Board shall consist of a Chairperson and six members to be appointed by the County Executive subject to the advice and consent of the County Board representing the business, labor and youth service/education communities.
(C) The County Executive shall present to the County Board for approval bylaws appropriate for the governance and operation of the Workforce Services Advisory Board and its members.
