§ 34.125 CREATION.
   (A)   There is established a Utility Coordination Council.
   (B)   The Council shall include the County Engineer, County Executive or his or her designee, and the utility companies as determined by the County Engineer to be facilitate and accomplish the requirements of the county highway authority. Utility company members may be added to or removed from the Coordination Council as determined by the County Engineer.
