(A) The County Planning and Zoning Commission member shall establish their own sets of bylaws not otherwise in conflict with the Illinois Revised Statutes or related county ordinances and resolutions which have been or may from time to time be adopted and/or amended.
(B) The County Planning Commission members may establish their own sets of bylaws for the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Regional Planning Commission. The bylaws may not be in conflict with the Illinois Revised Statutes or related county ordinances and resolutions which have been or may be from time to time adopted and/or amended.
