§ 34.088 CONFLICTING REGULATIONS.
   Where other conflicts may statutorily exist, between authorizations for the Regional Planning Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals, the County Planning and Zoning Commission shall be governed by the more explicit or restrictive provisions of law.
