Per diem payments in an amount established by the County Board:
(A) Shall only be authorized and approved for members of the County Planning and Zoning Commission when the agenda for and/or minutes of meetings that reflect specific zoning appeal cases or specific amendments and the adoption of all county ordinances and plans; and
(B) Shall not be paid to the County and Zoning Board of Appeals members for meetings which only involve the planning advisory or similar functions.
