(A) There is established an Industrial Commission consisting of nine members appointed by the Chairperson of the County Board.
(B) The purpose of the Commission shall include:
(1) Seeking increases in local employment opportunity;
(2) Providing research and other assistance to the private market-oriented industrial use;
(3) Coordinating and cooperating with both the private market and other governmental agencies in order to stimulate and promote additional well planned industrial development in the county; and
(4) Cooperating with other existing groups, such as local chambers of commerce and the Will-Grundy Manufacturers Association in the development of research and promotional activities.
