(A) County municipalities (for incorporated areas) and townships (for unincorporated areas), or their designees, shall serve as liaison between the County Economic Affairs Commission and those economic development agencies and organizations, wholly located within their respective jurisdictions.
(B) A county department designated by the Chairperson shall provide staff support from the County Development Department and coordinate staff support provided by other agencies and organizations, which is made available to assist the County Economic Affairs Commission.
