(A) In all cases, property owners, tax assessees of record or person(s) having use or control of the property and/or structure shall receive official notification of the change in address in advance of the changes. These notices shall state the old and new address, effective date of the change and penalty for not displaying the new numbers.
(B) All property owners, tax assessees of record or person(s) having use or control of the property shall display the address number assigned by the county 9-1-1 emergency telephone system to the property within 30 days of the effective date of the address assignment in the manner provided in § 162.19 of this chapter.
