The County Board and County Executive hereby adopt the capital improvement plan as prepared by the Land Use Department, Planning Division. This plan is not a budget but a recommended planned schedule of major capital expenditures of public funds for purchase, construction and improvements with the county. The plan is a tool to identify and evaluate the needs for various capital improvement projects proposed within the county.
