1141.02   MINIMUM DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS.
   No building shall be erected or enlarged in the R-1 District unless the following minimum requirements are met:
 
Lot area
21,780 square feet (see Section 1141.03)
Lot width
100 feet (see Section 1141.03)
Front yard*
35 feet
Side yards*
15 feet
Rear yard*
40 feet
Ground floor area
1,500 square feet
Total floor area
2,500 square feet
