(A) In R-20 and R-20A zoning districts, accessory structures are permitted only in a rear yard and shall be not less than 15 feet from any property line, except on corner lots where they shall be set back at least 50 feet from any side street right-of-way line.
(B) In the R-8 zoning district, accessory structures are permitted only in a rear yard and shall be not less than ten feet from any property line, except on corner lots where they shall be set back at least 40 feet from any side street right-of-way line.
(C) In the R-6 zoning district, accessory structures are permitted only in a rear yard and shall be not less than five feet from any property line, except on corner lots where they shall be set back at least 30 feet from any side street right-of-way line.
(D) In the B-1, B-2 and B-3 districts, accessory uses shall not include open storage.
