(A) The City Clerk/Treasurer is authorized and directed to set up in the books of the city a separate accounting system to handle all funds relating to the operation of the marina recreation facility that is being leased by the city from the United States Corps of Engineers.
(B) The City Clerk/Treasurer is authorized and directed to set up the necessary bank accounts to handle any and all funds derived in connection with the operation of the marina recreation facility.
