§ 10.05 RULE OF SEVERABILITY.

Each chapter, section, or whenever divisible, part section of this code of ordinances is hereby declared to be severable, and the invalidity of any chapter, section, or divisible part section shall not be construed to affect the validity of any other chapter, section, or part of this code.
