ORDINANCE NO. 14-0302

AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WILDER, KENTUCKY

   WHEREAS; American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio has completed the 2013 S-34 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Wilder, Kentucky, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general nature enacted since the prior supplement to the Code of Ordinances of this municipality; and

   WHEREAS; American Legal Publishing has recommended the revision or addition of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances which are based on or make reference to sections of the Kentucky Revised Statues; and

   WHEREAS; it is the intent of Council to accept these updated sections in accordance with the changes of the law of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILDER, CAMPBELL COUNTY, KENTUCKY AS FOLLOWS:

   SECTION ONE

   That the 2013 S-34 supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Wilder, Kentucky, as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio and as attached hereto, be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety.

   SECTION TWO

   That this ordinance be read on two separate occasions, shall be signed by the Mayor, attested by the City Clerk published in accordance with law and made a part of the records of the City of Wilder. Same shall be in effect at the earliest time provided by law.

   Passed at second reading this 17th day of March 2014.
