§ 91.06 ADEQUATE FOOD, WATER, SHELTER AND CARE TO BE PROVIDED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to exhibit, display or keep any animal without providing food, water, shelter, adequate space, ventilation, shading from the sun, proper sanitation, care and medical attention.
