§ 52.15 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:
   "DISTRICT". Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties.
   "PROJECT". Construction of sewer lines in the southern portion of the city and installation of trunk sewers which facilitate the treatment of wastewater.
   "SYSTEM". Sanitary sewerage system of the city. (Ord. 92-0801, passed 9-8-92)
