ORDINANCE NO. 87-0702

AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WILDER, CAMPBELL COUNTY, KENTUCKY.

   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Company of Cincinnati, Ohio has completed the l986 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of general nature enacted since the prior supplement to the Code of Ordinances of this municipality; and

   WHEREAS, said American Legal Publishing Company has recommended the revision or addition of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances which are based on or make references to sections of the Kentucky Code; and

   WHEREAS, adoption of these recommendations would bring those sections of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Wilder into conformance with the Kentucky Code; and

   WHEREAS, it is the intent of Council to accept these updated sections in accordance with the changes of the law of the State of Kentucky;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Wilder, State of Kentucky:

   SECTION l. That the l986 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Wilder as submitted by American Legal Publishing Company of Cincinnati, and as attached hereto, be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety.

   SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its date of passage.

   Passed this 6th day of July, l987, at its first reading.

   Passed this 3rd day of August, l987, at its second reading.
