§ 151.03 ELECTRICAL PERMITS REQUIRED.

(A) Electrical permits shall be obtained prior to the installation, addition, alteration, repair, relocation, or removal of electrical wiring pursuant to the requirements of KRS 227.480 (1).

(B) The cost of the permit for electrical installation, additions, alterations, repair, relocation, or removal shall be at the rate established by City Council from time to time.
