Any person or organization violating any of the provisions of § 150.04 shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class B Misdemeanor, under Kentucky law, and therefore subject to a fine of up to $250 and imprisonment for up to 90 days or both such fine and imprisonment for each offense.
