150.02 DESIGNATED ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.

(A) The city shall be designated as the local enforcement agent/agency for the Kentucky Building Code. The Campbell County Fiscal Court, Department of Building Inspections shall provide plan review and inspection services on an as-needed basis at the request of the city. All building code inspections shall be performed by persons certified by the Kentucky Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction.

(B) The city shall be designated as the local enforcement agent/agency for the Kentucky Residential Code. The Campbell County Fiscal Court, Department of Building Inspections shall provide plan review and inspection services on an as-needed basis at the request of the city. All residential code inspections shall be performed by persons certified by the Kentucky Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction.
